I'm not 100% sure I want to go to grad school. How do I decide if it's the right fit for me?

Unfortunately, there isn't an easy answer here. You'll want to look at your long and short-term goals, your current situation and the amount of work that grad school would require. You'll also want to look at what your schedule looks like and what kind of program you would need.

If you're currently working full-time, is it feasible to attend grad school? If so, would you need night school or online programs for your major? Is a graduate degree even helpful in your field?

You'll want to break down the why and the how and really take a look at what your plans are and where you're at now. Graduate school is a pretty big commitment, so don't go into it lightly.
There's not a great way to tell! A good test is to go talk to the professors and the other students to get a feel for the environment, the people you will be working with, and the things you will be doing. Looks at syllabi for classes you might have to take and the requirements of the program in detail. Often you can sit in on a grad class and see what it feels like to do that and be there. But if you don't feel strongly about it, then it might not be the best fit for you.
Truthfully, if you're questioning whether or not you want to go to graduate school, you're probably already leaning towards the negative. Graduate school is time consuming and expensive. It is not a great option for someone that is just looking for something else to do upon graduating. It also isn't a guaranteed money-maker. If you're seriously committed to honing your craft despite the struggles it may bring you, then graduate school is probably a good fit.
